Guided by our experienced instructors, you’ll learn a beautiful blend of stretches, gentle pressure, rhythmic movements, and the soothing touch of warm stones. This unique combination is designed to release tension, enhance flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. Hot stones will provide added restorative benefits, helping you unwind and recharge.

This class is designed for ALL Levels of Education.

Provided for the students : Towels, hot stone kits, and stone warmers.

Please Bring: Yoga Matt, Blanket, and Two Pillows

We will have a couple of hot stone kits for sale too. 

We will also provide chocolate, tea, and snacks!
