Relaxation Hot River Stone Massage Certification

This two-day class provides a comprehensive certification to relaxation hot river stone massage.

On Day 1, students will explore the basics of anatomy, focusing on muscle groups and tension points commonly targeted in relaxation massage. The class delves into energy healing concepts, particularly the chakra system, and how hot stones can help realign energy and relieve blockages. Participants will learn proper stone placement along the spine to maximize relaxation and promote energy flow, with hands-on practice for applying stones to key areas such as the neck, upper back, and lower back.

On Day 2, the class expands to full-body techniques, teaching how to integrate stones with traditional massage strokes like effleurage, petrissage, and friction. Students will learn how to use stones for targeted relief in areas such as the back, shoulders, arms, and legs, while adjusting pressure to accommodate different client preferences. Emphasis will also be placed on creating a relaxing environment, proper post-massage care, and techniques for cleansing and maintaining stones. By the end of the course, participants will have gained the skills to perform a full-body hot stone massage, providing deep relaxation and therapeutic benefits for clients.

This class is designed for ALL Levels of Education.

Everything needed for the class will be Provided for the students : Sheets, towels, massage tables, hot stone kits, and stone warmers.

We will have a couple of hot stone kits for sale too. 

We will also provide chocolate, tea, and snacks!
