Hot River Stone Chakra Healing Workshop

This comprehensive class explores the holistic practice of chakra healing through the use of hot river stones and crystals. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the seven major energy centers (chakras) in the body, how imbalances in these energy centers can affect physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and how balancing these chakras can enhance overall vitality.

The course will cover the therapeutic benefits of hot river stones, including their history, safe usage, and their role in promoting energy flow and muscle relaxation. Students will also learn about the unique properties of various crystals, such as Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Carnelian, and how to pair them with specific chakras for maximum healing benefits.

Through practical, hands-on techniques, students will learn how to combine the thermal energy of river stones with the vibrational energy of crystals to create powerful healing sessions. The class includes guided chakra healing exercises, stone placement methods, and crystal grid creation to help align and balance energy.

By the end of the class, participants will have the knowledge and tools to incorporate these practices into their own self-care routines or professional healing work. They will also be equipped with valuable aftercare techniques, such as how to cleanse and recharge crystals, as well as methods to integrate chakra maintenance into their daily life for continued healing and balance.

We will have a couple of hot stone kits for sale too.
